QXP tangential flow pump is a single-stage single suction partial flow pump with low flow rate and high head, especially designed for working conditions where solid media are prone to wear. The manufacturing materials of QXP pump can be made of carbon steel, stainless steel, 20 # alloy, Monel, Hastelloy and other special alloys according to the requirements of the conveying medium. Due to its special design, the QXP chemical pump does not experience unbalanced radial forces on the impeller and pump shaft when the flow deviates from the design point, ensuring stable pump operation and long bearing life. Due to the fully open impeller and the use of appropriate mechanical and other seals, this pump operates without leakage and has good sealing performance. Due to the use of tangential flow pump design technology, the head of the pump remains a constant value when the flow rate changes from zero to the design flow rate. This feature is particularly suitable for use with nozzles and other applications that require the pump to have self-adjusting characteristics. At the same time, the pump is not sensitive to the clearance between the impeller and the front and rear pump covers. When the clearance increases due to friction and corrosion, the performance of the pump remains basically unchanged. The QXP tangential flow pump can also be controlled by a frequency converter for speed regulation, with convenient performance adjustment. It can be connected to a computer for computer-controlled operation of the pump, making it easy to operate.
